Arriving at the term of my adolescence.........I have learnt many lessons throughout my life till now, but life still surprises me at the end of each day...But one thing is sure, at every single step of this same life, we need to be strong, careful, loving, understanding, have an eye for the future and know every step that it takes not forgetting the consequences.A lot of people find life to be rude and undeserving sometimes and i was one of them. But as tie moved on, i understood that life is a cunning stuff but everything that happens in it is the fruit of our doings. We cannot blame nor curse anyone .We must accept everything that happens to us because we don't have nothing we can do about it.The single thing we can do is to continue to work hard because if your a clean hear-ted person your time will come and we mus be there not to miss it.....

What Are The Different Marijuana Effects When Smoking Marijuana

Scientists and doctors, have learned a great deal about how THC acts in the brain to produce its many marijuana effects. When someone smokes marijuana, THC rapidly passes from the lungs into the bloodstream, which carries the chemical to organs throughout the body, including the brain.

In the brain, THC connects to specific sites called cannabis receptors on nerve cells and influences the activity of those cells. Some brain areas have many cannabinoid receptors; others have few or none. Many cannabinoid receptors are found in the parts of the brain that influence pleasure, memory, thought, concentration, sensory and time perception, and coordinated movement.
Short Term Marijuana Effects
The short-term effects of marijuana can include problems with memory and learning; distorted perception; difficulty in thinking and problem solving; loss of coordination; and increased heart rate. Research findings for long-term marijuana use indicate some changes in the brain similar to those seen after long-term use of other major drugs of abuse. For example, cannabis withdrawal in chronically exposed animals leads to an increase in the activation of the stress-response system and changes in the activity of nerve cells containing dopamine. Dopamine neurons are little electrical impulses involved in the regulation of motivation and reward, and are directly or indirectly affected by all drugs of abuse

But this was my study in school... and most of the things that your government made me learn

Marijuana effects everyone differently and how long it stays in your system. my opinion is that many things shown by non profit organizations and the government lie about these things just to scare persons that have never tried marijuana, like I stated above would look frightening to anybody who have not tried it. Marijuana dose have positive effects, including pain relief, helping with meditation (yoga), stress relief, problems with gaining weight (hunger simulating), the ability to do something (energy giving), and bringing people closer together,

Other Marijuana Effects
Other marijuana effects include seeing visions (or colors), out of body experience, floating feeling , laughing, and a new point of view of your own life.

My studies also show that people sometimes blame marijuana for its bad side effects (to make them have an excuse for their actions and this is why it is illegal). The real thing behind this saying is that, it should be treated with a lot of responsibility. If you drink and drive, you may crash. The same follows with marijuana, if you smoke it something bad might happen. This doesn't apply to everyone.you smoke an hour before an evening jog (gives me energy) and i do just fine, you would jog twice at one time if you really smoked some really good marijuana (chronic)

My other studies on people who smoke marijuana and their side effects are, getting angry, restless, jumpy, depression, uncontrolled weight gain, being paranoid (tripping), sleepiness, doing things that is not appropriate at the current time. These persons are strongly recommended NOT to smoke marijuana, because it may hurt your body, ruin you life, hurt someone else and make it more illegal (this is why some people hate pot smokers). But marijuana dose not effect everyone the same way!

Ways to be healthy and fit

In today's world, where there is an excess of  fast foot also called 'junk food' increase of weight and cardiovascular diseases are taking over the mass.

Product like miracle weight loss medication have become legion!Every colour, every taste, every name....Order it and they can even make it reach your mouth directly!

Believe me friends, there is nothing more healthy and effective than old exercises.'Exercise' defined by a task, problem, or other effort performed to develop or maintain fitness or increase skill. Its in the word itself.

We must before everything target the real problem. Why are we taking weight?

Eating far more than needed and exercising too little is not the problem! We can eat how much we would!Like why to deprive ourselves some of us will say....Its mainly in the use of that food that the problem resides!!!

In these times of modernisation the ability to use all these fats are reducing day by day!!!So we must find a use of all that stored energy that later becomes fat in our body.

We must in short find a way to lose fats without being hungry and faster for some of us.Simple as it may seem its the uptake of LOW-CARBOHYDRATE diets. They improve blood sugar, insulin, cholesterol and triglycerides, and cause a greater amount of fat loss than the low-fat diet.

Really, who would want to be hungry and obsess about calories and portions all the time?
That’s no way to live your life, and isn’t necessary.
The only thing you need to restrict is carbohydrates.

Intake of carb is linked by your weight!!!he more you weight the more carb you need and in order to reduce the same weight its the carb intake to reduce
Thus this is the first piece of advice i'm procuring you guys and follow up much will precede....
music gives the soul to the universe, wings to the mind, flight to the imagination and life to everything

The bride tells her husband
The bride tells her husband, "Honey, you know I'm a virgin and I don't know
anything about sex. Can you explain it to me first?"

"OK, Sweetheart. Putting it simply, we will call your private place 'the
prison' and call my private thing 'the prisoner'. So what we do is: put the
prisoner in the prison.

And then they made love for the first time.

Afterwards, the guy is lying face up on the bed, smiling with satisfaction.

Nudging him, his bride giggles, "Honey the prisoner seems to have escaped."

Turning on his side, he smiles. "Then we will have to re-imprison him."

After the second time they spent, the guy reaches for his cigarettes but
the girl, thoroughly enjoying the new experience of making love, gives him
a suggestive smile, "Honey, the prisoner is out again!"

The man rises to the occasion, but with the unsteady legs of a recently
born foal.

Afterwards, he lays back on the bed, totally exhausted.

She nudges him and says, "Honey, the prisoner escaped again."

Limply turning his head, He YELLS at her, "Hey, its not a life sentence,
OKAY!

Lost in echo

New Linkin Park album-Living things

So let me start with some music....
Recently released is the new Linkin Park album entitled living things.its there fifth album after Hybrid TheoryMeteoraMinutes to Midnight and A Thousand Suns.

So here the list of songs :-

1. Lost in the Echo - Bubbling synthesizers quickly morph into crunching guitars, and the rap-rock interplay between Mike Shinoda and Chester Bennington remains ever intact.

2. In My Remains - The production here lends to Linkin Park's overall potency, with the crisp verses sliding succinctly into the song's refrains. The melodic bridge -- "Like an army, falling, one by one by one" -- is not exactly ominous, but offers an early moment of yearning poignancy.

3. Burn It Down - The lead single still earns its meal ticket through its inviting synth line -- which NBA fans heard for weeks as the song was used as the anthem of this year's playoffs. Shinoda's rhymes are a bit limp, but Bennington soldiers through with his signature intensity.

4. Lies Greed Misery - Who let Skrillex in the booth? Thick bass wobbles and programmed drums offer a bold new look for Linkin Park, as Bennington's screeching is choked out by the static.

5. I'll Be Gone - Buzz-saw guitar riffs and cymbal bashes highlight this fairly straightforward, highly grim ode to disconnection and loneliness. A compelling descent that recalls 90s modern rock heroes like Alice In Chains and Stone Temple Pilots.

6. Castle of Glass - A folk song with LP's muscle, "Castle of Glass" uses compelling songwriting, extended metaphors and a simple but radical (for Linkin Park) arrangement to offer one of the album's most intriguing tracks.

7. Victimized - Like "Lies Greed Misery," "Victimized" rushes through its various ideas in under three minutes; the juxtaposition of Shinoda's lullaby and Bennington's heady thrashing is thrilling, but alas, needs more room to breathe.

8. Road Untraveled - A piano ballad that leads to Bennington delivering some forlorn "Whoa-oh-oh's" and grows, expectedly, into a showcase for power chords and extended lighters. Trite, but damn, does it inspire some head-banging.

9. Skin To Bone - The album returns to Linkin Park's familiar electronic tropes, but the punishing percussion and winding climax make "Skin To Bone" feel fresh.

10. Until It Breaks - Shinoda busts some rhymes over slick, futuristic production until Bennington halts the smack-talk and orders, "Bring me to kingdom come!" If "Until It Breaks" isn't the most cohesive effort, it might be the most entertaining -- a weird, gleeful train wreck of a rock hymn.

11. Tinfoil - A glitchy instrumental that serves as a capable bridge between the two bookending tracks. Again, another quick cut that could have been extended a little.

12. Powerless - Finally, on the 12th and final track, the deluxe Linkin Park package is presented: lock-step beats, soaring harmonies, and synthesizer whispers before Brad Delson's guitar comes in for the kill.

Frankly it's not by any mean bad...I enjoyed most of the tracks but would have preferred it a bit longer because every track is no ore than 3 min!!!

Enough of talking just enjoy the music......                                                      My Rating : 6.5/10
